There is a social image of sexuality than can create a great deal of pressure and influence on us. Beyond this, a sexual problem is what takes us away from intimate well-being, with our body and that of others. It affects self-image, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, power relationships, dominance, frustration, and social relationships. In this sense, not exploring our sexual identity limits the possibilities of full and conscious expression of our being.
Human sexuality is a fundamental part of our identity. It involves physical satisfaction and a way to bond with your partner, to increase self-esteem, to increase mood, and to reconcile with your own body. However, with a high prevalence, sexuality can be affected in the different phases of the sexual response or even in our self-esteem, for this, you may need support to address the issue.
